Belman Salihovic , from Alla’s eyes . I have had quite a long dancing life and career which allows me to meet lots of different dancers and teachers. I have learnt from very experienced teachers all over the world and I surely appreciate what each of them have input in me, to make me what I am now. But Belman to me is a very special person, teacher, coach, colleague, teammate, dancer and friend. He has changed my dancing life, expanded my understanding and thinking in general, and helped me improve myself and my teaching system. Belman has made me believe in myself as a dancer and as a teacher. The most special thing about Belman is his passion for everything that he does. From the look for practice, the image for competitions, to the discipline in his class. His passion blends in to the lifestyle of his students and change their life and attitude. Passion for every detail in technique , passion for making sure it’s done for every single one and making it clear and understandable , using many methods ( funny , games , team work , drawing , writing , imagining , listening , seeing etc) .Passion for the future and success, believing in process and believing in every person who is around  him . Seeing beyond the border and what each kid or beginner dancer can be !!!  I’ve never seen any teacher who stays in studio twice , or three times over the teaching hours just for kids , just to make sure they understand the lesson and they get enough practice ! I’ve never seen teachers who spends hours and hours talking about phycological details about  how to stay strong on this beautiful but not an easy road  to be a dancer and athlete , and how to deal with difficulties . Talking about what is important or them  and what is not  , to develop a correct mind set on how to be successful person and dancer . He’s the only teacher I’ve seen , who is spending  days and nights for preparing for lessons and can’t wait to share it with us and to see the happiness and satisfactions in his eyes after he sees the result in he’s students . That’s priceless ! After working with Hanna and developing new system it brought total level up of everyone,  much much higher . I feel it in myself  and that’s a big sparkle inside me for believing that I still can be a different level dancer, not only a teacher . I’m so inspired and I want more , I’m inspired to challenge myself and I believe there is no limit . I also noticed that the kids ,  by seeing our dance passion , they get these vibes and they see believe that nothing is impossible . You have a dream and we know how to make this happen !!! It’s a trust , it’s a believe , it’s a support , it’s a commitment . I think what we have  that’s beyond what most of the people usually have . And another very  important thing is that he doesn’t even realize how special he is !!!!!!!!!!! So it’s time to let him know

My dance coach, Belman Salihovic, plays a important role in my dance journey and in my life. He helped me a lot. At first, I was a non-confidence and shy person but he was the one who changed and make who I am today. I became a better dancer and a better person in my life.  My dance coach teaches things that are every important in our life. Because of him, I have the opportunity to work with top teachers and dancers. I felt working with him is comfortable and Belman really understand me more than myself. I felt very lucky and thankful to have him working with me and I really appreciate it so much. I hope to work with him more in the future throughout my whole dance journey.

My journey with Coach Belman has been great. When I first started learning from him, I didn't really understand what to do but after some time, I became very clear that dancing is what I want to do in my life. I was not a very good dancer but I have grown and improved a lot through my lessons from Coach Belman. He has helped me when I am missing something or I need to work on something. When he teaches me, I feel great because I always have fun. He teaches in a fun way that allows us to have fun when we learn. It's a fun thing to dance with Coach Belman and learn from him. I have gained new information in many different areas from Coach Belman but he always made everything he teaches very clear and understandable to me. He has helped me to grow so much and improve so much and made me feel better about my dancing.

Ever since I met teacher Belman, I knew that he was going to be the best teacher I could ever know. Every single class we have had together is fun and happy. However, if I am too hyper and lose my focus, he becomes more serious but I understand that. Although sometimes we are more serious and focused, but a lot of times it is happy and fun. I always enjoy to be around him. Every time I feel sad, he cheers me up and at the end I will be laughing a lot. Teacher Belman always brings positive energy and never wants or have negative energy around, which is what I love about him! 

I always understand Teacher Belman more than other teachers, because whenever he teaches a new subject, he uses key words to make me understand better (Enter it, vacuum, breath etc.) Teacher Belman always spends a lot of time in the studio. In his free time, he makes folders about us and keep track of his students’ learning progress. He puts a lot of effort into everything he teaches which and makes them much easier for us to learn. 

Teacher Belman is fun, happy, playful, positive, focused, connected to his students and always well prepared. There are a lot of things about him that makes him him. I have never seen any other teacher who is as special as Teacher Belman. I feel safe around him; I feel happy around him; I feel free around him. 

If I didn't know Teacher Belman, then I wouldn't be in this level that I am now, I also wouldn’t make it this far and have the right mind set that I have now. He never stops giving useful information, he does that every day, which most teachers don't do. Many people won’t have the opportunity to receive such valuable information. Every class I take from him is deeper from the previous one. I am excited to learn more and more from him and I hope my learning journey with him will never stop.  

Every time before competitions, Teacher Belman gives us comp runs to de-stress us. He would tell us to enjoy the competition. I personally love what he does before the competition, it makes me feel free instead of stressed. I feel so happy and blessed that he is with me since my day one of dancing. He has made me another person, not only in dancing terms, but also in other things such as my performances.

I always have the feeling that since I met Teacher Belman for the first time, we have a connection. I could tell that my dancing journey will always be amazing and it will never change. I love him so much and my love for him only keep growing!

Initially there was an awkward interaction between my coach and me, he looked stern and I was shy to communicate with him too. Even during private lessons there were rather very minimum interactions but as time passed by, we developed a great sense of trust and it just took off from here.

It was during one of the international competitions that I realized I need a big change…I have to work harder and he has reached out by creating new choreography and has taught me lots of new things and has helped me to become technically stronger each day. Most importantly he has helped me to grow and to open - up in many ways.  We became close buddies; it was pretty hard to cope with everything from the start but he encouraged me not to give up and to keep going with the flow.  After knowing him for some time, he’s actually friendly, down to earth and sometimes a little crazy but he is a coach that everyone loves to the max!

As they saying goes behind every dancer who believes in themselves is a teacher that believes in them, I’m indeed blessed to have made it this far with my beloved coach guiding me all the way.

Last but not least … thank you for the fun and energizing workshop! I looked forward to it each time.
